Self Managed Services and Support

There are no "managed service" offers available via MrVM/NatVPS.

Clients can manage their own virtual servers using our Virtualization control panel (install/reboot/...).
Any software installed inside of the virtual machines is the sole responsibility of the client.

MrVM Support will only respond to Support Tickets that deal with the following Issues:

  • Network Issues 
  • VPS Environment Issues (Control Panel, Virtualisation Host,...)
  • Billing
  • Pre-Sales Questions
  • Abuse Handling

 

Any other tickets may be closed without a response.
